No injuries were reported in the Hardscrabble Road incident.

North Salem resident Deegan A. Feeney, 21, was arrested on a misdemeanor Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated charge, and violation charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Monday following a one-car crash, according to state police.

Troopers discovered that Feeney crashed his car on Hardscrabble Road in North Salem, and upon interviewing him found he was intoxicated and in possession of an undisclosed amount of pot. Feeney was not injured as a result of the crash.

At the state police facility, Feeney supplied a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .23 percent, more than two-times the legal limit, state police said.
