Flood Advisory In Effect For Parts Of Westchester Wednesday
Heavy rain is moving through the region.

Heavy rain in the Hudson Valley has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a flood advisory for parts of the area. The advisory is in effect until 7:45 p.m. Wednesday for northern Westchester County.
At 5:50 p.m., Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding.
Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include Mount Kisco, Bedford, Armonk and Golden's Bridge, the NWS said.
