Former Rippowam Cisqua Music Teacher Arrested on Child Pornography Charges
He is accused of downloading illegal images in February and March.
Somers resident Nicholas Szucs was arrested this week on felony child pornography charges in connection with his alleged downloading of the illegal material to his home computer, according to authorities.
A violinist and former music teacher at Rippowam Cisqua, Szucs has resigned his position at the school, reports The Journal News, and was released from custody without bail. He was charged with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
He is accused of downloading images in February and March of young girls in sexually suggestive poses.
