He was a Fox Lane Middle School bus driver who was arrested in May by Westchester County police in Mount Kisco after they received information that he was going to meet with a victim under 13 years of age for sexual encounter in a Mount Kisco parking lot.

Arias had met the victim on one earlier occasion where he fondled her. The encounter was inside his vehicle.

Police staked out the parking lot after they notified the victim's family.

Arias showed up at the appointed time, but was met by police and was arrested.

The child was not present at the time.

Police said the charges were based on an earlier incident and text messages to the victim.
