Celebrate the official start of Summer with a hike at the Richard's Preserve. Our guided walks are a learning experience and are conducted at a slower pace to allow for discussion and exploration. They are perfect for families and for anyone wishing to know more about the nature in our backyards and protected areas. On this hike, we focus upon the importance of wildlife corridors to allow for greater connectivity among populations of animals and plants, to ensure resilience and a functioning ecosystem. To register, please email landsteward.educator@prlc.net or call 914-205-3533. Meet at the preserve entrance on Honey Hollow Road, about 1/4 mile north of the intersection with Black Brook Road.
