Hazardous Weather Possible For Parts Of Hudson Valley Wednesday
Black ice is the concern when temperatures dip below freezing.

A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued by the National Weather Service for parts of the Hudson Valley for Wednesday and Wednesday night. The outlook is for Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.
Black ice is expected on untreated surfaces as any residual moisture or slush freezes.
Travelers are urged to use caution during this time.

No hazardous weather is expected for Thursday through Tuesday, but that could change if the forecast of possible snow Thursday, changing to rain in parts of the Hudson Valley.
Temperatures will dip to below freezing Thursday night, raising the chances of additional hazardous weather outlooks.
