Hospital Employee Accused Of Having Sex With Patient: State Police
The judge issued an order of protection directing the accused to have no contact with the victim.

KATONAH, NY — A Carmel man who works at Four Winds Hospital was arrested for alleged sex abuse of a patient Feb. 7.
State Police said Dominic R. Sbordone, 31, of Carmel, was charged with third-degree criminal sexual act, a felony, and second-degree sexual abuse, a misdemeanor.
Sbordone was said to have engaged in having sex with a 19-year-old patient of the hospital.

He was arraigned in the Town of Lewisboro Court and sent to the Westchester County Jail without bail.
The judge issued an order of protection directing the defendant to refrain from all contact with the victim.

State Police are asking anyone with information about Sbordone or the investigation to contact the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Somers by calling 914-769-2600.
Four Winds Hospital, which has locations in Katonah and Saratoga Springs, provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment services for children, adolescents and adults, according to its website.
