ID Released For Man Whose Body Was Found In Pound Ridge

POUND RIDGE, NY — The man whose body was found Saturday, Dec. 2 next to a vehicle in a Pound Ridge driveway has been identified by police. Matthew Klein, 62, of Stamford, CT was the subject of a missing person bulletin from the state of Connecticut.

Police said there were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Klein's body was found at 496 Long Ridge Road.

Police said the homeowner returned to his residence and found a deceased man in the driveway next to a vehicle.

The cause and manner of Klein’s death are pending an autopsy.

A Silver Alert was sent issued by police after Klein was reported missing Dec. 1
