Immediate Need - Coat & Sweater Drive in Bedford
Looking for new or gently used coats and/or sweaters
Different people from our greater community came together by chance at the St. Patrick’s Christmas Boutique on November 19th.
We talked about how lucky we are and how we cannot forget those who are less fortunate or underserved. Mrs. Clare Murray, Executive Director of the Community Center of Northern Westchester, conveyed an ever increasing need for coats for families in need.
In short order the Lions Club of Bedford Hills & Nicole Haindl, a senior at Fox Lane High School rose to the challenge:
