Insurance Company Suing Golden's Bridge Fire Department
The lawsuit claims the department was negligent and was the cause of a fire.
GOLDEN’S BRIDGE, NY — The Golden’s Bridge Fire Department is being blamed for causing a fire that damaged its own firehouse in 2014.
A lawsuit file by Arch Insurance Company is seeking more than $9 million in damages, claiming the department was negligent in maintaining a 1998 Chevrolet Suburban stored in the building, according to the Daily Voice.
