Katonah Man Faces DWI, Cannabis, License Charges in Southeast

New York State police in Troop K said they removed 20 impaired drivers from public roads over the April 13 weekend. Among them was a 28-year-old Katonah resident who police said resisted arrest.
On April 14, State Police stopped a car April 14 on I-84 in Putnam County for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. They concluded that the driver, identified as Dorian J. Dorsey, was intoxicated. Their computer check revealed he had three or more suspensions on his driver's license, they said.
Dorsey resisted but was arrested, police said. They alleged that he also possessed concentrated cannibis.

He faces charges of DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, and Resisting Arrest, all misdemeanors, in Southeast town court.
