Letter to the Editor: Don Scott and Lee Roberts for Bedford Town Board

To the Editor:

We take great pleasure in sharing our support for Don Scott and Lee Roberts for Bedford Town Board.

Don, having served one year on the Board, has attended virtually every town board meeting over the last several years. Lee’s vast experience, ten as Town Supervisor, has a proven track record. They share a practical approach to problem solving, foster an environment of respect and work well with others to find solutions.

Don, former Wetlands Commissioner and Lee, Bedford 2020 Board member, have led the way on environmental initiatives and will continue to work to preserve and protect the beautiful character of Bedford.

With fiscally conservative records, they will be sensitive to the varied needs of the community, while working to preserve the AAA municipal rating for the town.

Don and Lee have demonstrated strong leadership, sound fiscal management and the tireless energy needed to devote to the job. In their numerous civic involvements, too long a list to mention here, time and again Don and Lee have shown to be effective leaders, listeners and collaborators.
