Malfunctioning Boiler Causes Carbon Monoxide to Spread Throughout Bedford Home
More than 30 residents were displaced by the incident.

BEDFORD, NY — More than 30 people were displaced Sunday night after carbon monoxide was spread through a multi-family Bedford home.
Firefighters responded to the Babbitt Road house shortly before 10:30 p.m., and they found that a boiler had malfunctioned, the Journal News reported.
Some of the home’s residents were taken to the hospital for treatment of CO poisoning.
