BEDFORD HILLS, NY — What a Mount Kisco man left behind was far worse than taking anything during a home invasion in Bedford Hills, police said today.

On April 19, Town of Bedford police were contacted by homeowners who said they found two cameras hidden in their bedroom when they returned home.

Investigators took the cameras, and working with the Westchester County District Attorney's High Tech Crime Unit, examined the devices and the content stored on them. After conducting interviews, poring through license plate reader data and viewing footage from the cameras, Bedford Police Department detectives identified a suspect.
