New Rochelle Woman Accused Of Grand Larceny, Identity Theft

Police said she used someone else's personal information to buy iPhones.

BEDFORD, NY — A New Rochelle resident was arrested in the Town of Bedford for using someone’s else identity to buy iPhones. Bedford Police said Stephanie L. Zarcone, 22, of Neptune Avenue in New Rochelle, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree identity theft, felonies.

Police said Zarcone used another person’s personal information to purchase four Apple iPhones valued at $3,999.96 from an AT&T phone store.

She was arraigned in the Bedford Justice Court and released on her own recognizance.
