Over a hundred mourners gathered in Katonah Thursday morning for the funeral mass of slain teacher, Anne Marie Murphy.
Anne Marie Murphy, a teacher in Newtown, CT, grew up in Katonah.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of the Magdalene.
Jane Claflin Baxter was active in civic organizations, especially the Katonah Village Improvement Society and St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Mt. Kisco. A date for the memorial at St. Marks will be announced at a later time.

A memorial service will be held for friends and family to celebrate Deborah’s life on Wednesday, October 24, at 11 a.m. at The Meadow at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Route 35 and 121 South in Cross River.
