Pound Ridge's Plum Plums Cheese Announces Classes!
School is in session! Join us at Plum Plums Cheese for an exciting line-up of classes that explore the vast world of cheesedom.
Sign up for our first class, “The Plum Plums Cheese Primer”. We’ll talk about how cheese is made as we taste our favorites from each major cheese family: fresh, bloomy rind, washed rind, pressed, cooked and blue. We’ll learn how to taste cheese and how unique accompaniments enhance the flavors. Classes will run about 90 minutes and are held in the store - only 6 stools are available so reserve today! $40 per person. Available classes:
