Pound Ridge Police Arrest Illegal Contractor

POUND RIDGE, NY — An illegal contractor was put out of business and arrested after the Pound Ridge Police Department found that he had allegedly bilk a customer out of more than $100,000.

Gabino “Rudy” Soriano of Soriano Carpentry and Remodeling of Larchmont was not licensed by Westchester County and there was a history of complaints about the quality of his work, the Daily Voice said.

Soriano surrendered to the police March 27.
