Prosecutors in Durst Trial Want to Videotape Testimony

The prosecutors are afraid the witnesses won't live to testify at the trial.

SOUTH SALEM, NY — Prosecutors in Los Angeles want to videotape testimony in the trial of South Salem resident and real estate heir Robert Durst.

Durst was charged with murdering his best friend in Los Angeles and the prosecutors are fearful that witnesses could die or be killed before they can testify in court, according to News 12.

Durst appeared to confess to the murder of Susan Berman and Kathleen Durst in the HBO documentary series “The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst.”
