Please be advised that the BEDFORD TOWN BOARD will hold a special meeting in-person on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the Courtroom of the Town Offices at 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York 10507.

The special meeting is being held to consider the adoption of a Town Board resolution (i) approving an amended agreement between NYC DEP and the Town for the Phase II sewer project; (ii) approving a Memorandum of Understanding concerning the Sustainable Westchester Community Choice Aggregation Program; and (iii) and any other matter required to be heard.
