Ramp Closing Set for Saw Mill River Parkway
The utility work will be done weather permitting over two days.

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, NY — A ramp closing on the Saw Mill River Parkway is scheduled due to utility maintenance work.
The state Department of Transportation said the southbound exit ramp to Exit 13 (Farragut Avenue) on the Saw Mill River Parkway is expected to be closed beginning Wednesday, August 31 through Thursday, September 1, between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
Work will be done weather permitting.

Motorists should anticipate delays, and are advised to follow the posted detour to use Exit 12 (Farragut Parkway) as an alternate route.
Drivers are asked to use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to all traffic control devices, including signs and flaggers.

Motorists are reminded that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
