Riverhead Man Faces DWI Charge in Bedford
He was driving erratically in Bedford Village, police said.
Akinola O. Johnson, 37, was arrested March 5 after an officer on patrol came upon him driving erratically on South Bedford Road in Bedford Village at 5 a.m.
The Riverhead, NY man was charged with driving while intoxicated, failing to maintain lane and consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
Johnson was released on $200 bail and is due in town court on March 16.
