Robert Durst to Make Court Appearance in LA Monday
The millionaire was the subject of an HBO documentary.

BEDFORD, NY — Murder suspect Robert Durst is scheduled to appear in court Monday in Los Angeles for the 2000 killing of Susan Berman.
The Scarsdale native and former Bedford home owner was arrested in New Orleans in 2015 as an HBO documentary was airing about the disappearance of his first wife, according to the Journal News.
Durst was never charged in the case of his wife, and he was acquitted by a jury in the case of the slaying of a neighbor in Texas, the Los Angeles Times said.
