Scattered Con Ed Outages Still Being Addressed Tuesday
Most of the outages are on track to be resolved Tuesday.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Con Edison is still working on restoring electricity throughout Westchester County, but the number of outages is dramatically less than Monday. As of 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, there are 18 reported outages affecting 77 customers in the entire Con Ed territory. A powerful nor'easter tore through the Hudson Valley Sunday into Monday with heavy rain and high winds, causing the outages.
The Village of Buchanan still has 53 customers waiting the power to come back on. The Con Ed website estimates restoration by noon Tuesday.
The remaining outages — in Bedford, Cortlandt, Mount Pleasant, New Rochelle, Peekskill, Scarsdale, Yonkers and Yorktown — should all be resolved by 1 p.m. if not sooner.
