Special Icelandic art workshops planned for kids Sept. 25 & 26.

Drop-in 10:00 am –3:00 pm

Let the KMA be your child’s art studio as they enjoy creative projects inspired by the contemporary art of Iceland.

Thurs. Sept. 25: Icelandic landscape and volcano collages. Did you know that Iceland has over 200 volcanoes? See what makes Iceland so amazing and construct unique landscapes using tissue paper, construction paper and cardboard.

Fri. Sept. 26: Icelandic Animals and Puppet Theater. Create puppets of Icelandic horses, chickens, and sheep, and design a puppet stage to go with it!

Children age 3 and up. Participating children: $5 members, $8 non-members.
Adults: Regular museum admission.
