Spin Doctors To Headline Free Taste Of Bedford And Music Festival
"It's been a whole lot happier without her face around," but that doesn't mean we can't take some time to reminisce about better days.

BEDFORD, NY — We can't do anything about inflation, but traveling back to the early 1990s might just be the next best thing.
The Bedford Music Festival and Taste of Bedford will be held at the John Jay Homestead on October 15, from 3:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. The event will feature the Spin Doctors and four local bands. Local restaurants, retailers and vendors will also be on hand.
The Grammy-nominated Spin Doctors, best known for hit songs such as "Two Princes" and "Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong," will headline the first Bedford Music Festival at John Jay Homestead. If you turned on your car radio in 1994, it was almost a guarantee that one of these two anthems and earworms of the era would be playing.

Taste of Bedford will include many local restaurants showcasing special items from their menus. Beer, wine, hard cider and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
The event is free to the public with VIP packages available for preferred seating, preferred parking, access to dedicated VIP beverage stands and a meet-and-greet with the Spin Doctors. VIP packages range from $107.72 to $1062.50. $20 parking will also be available on the Homestead grounds. Proceeds from the festival will help support ongoing beautification efforts in the Town of Bedford as well as other community engagement events.
The Bedford Music Festival is presented by destination 39.3, which was co-founded earlier this year by Town Supervisor Ellen Calves to revitalize and strengthen the three hamlets of Bedford. Their initial focus is on events that will spotlight the local beauty and vitality of the Town of Bedford.
The John Jay Homestead is located at 400 Jay Street in Katonah.
There will be a limited number of tables near the food tent and around the festival grounds. Be sure to bring a blanket or chair.
