NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bedford Town Board will be meeting as follows on September 9, 2021:

6:00 PM Executive Session – for the purpose of reviewing contract matters, litigation and personnel matters.

7:00 PM Public Hearing – Bedford Hills-Katonah Phase II Sewer District Law

7:10 PM Public Hearing to consider a local law to amend Chapter 91 of the Code of the Town of Bedford – Public Sewer System

7:15 PM Regular Town Board meeting

The meeting will be held at the Town of Bedford Town Hall, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York, both in person and via videoconference and teleconference. 

The public will have an opportunity to observe and listen to the meeting live and provide comments either by appearing in person at the above address or by videoconference or teleconference via the Zoom meeting website at  https://zoom.us/j/98746343756?pwd=THdRMWhVRG1VN0xObUk5ZUp5bmIwQT09 , enter meeting ID: 987 4634 3756 (password 686745). On the evening of September 9, 2021, 5 minutes before 7:00 PM, log in with your computer or your telephone. You will be placed on hold until the meeting starts.
