WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Construction crews working on an I-684 bridge could make mid-day errands more onerous than expected this week.

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) said single and double lane closures are expected along I-684 northbound between Exit 4 (State Route 172) and Exit 6 (State Route 35) in Bedford, for bridge maintenance. The closures will start Tuesday, May 24 and continue through Thursday, May 26.

The work will take place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily, weather permitting.
