Trump Tells CBS He Made Money Off Gadhafi-Bedford Estate Deal

The Libyan dictator wanted to rent Trump's Bedford estate.

Despite denying any connection with Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi, presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump said on CBS’s “Face the Nation” Sunday that he made a lot of money off of Gadhafi’s desire to rent his Bedford estate in 2009.

An Associated Press article published at lohud.com said a tent that was erected on the property was torn down after the town threatened a lawsuit against Trump personally.
