Two Bedford Residents Charged With DWI By State Police

BEDFORD, NY — State police from Troop K removed 27 impaired drivers from local roads during the weekend of Oct. 5. Those included a Bedford resident and a Beekman man in Bedford, and a Bedford resident in Mount Kisco.

On October 5, State Police from SP Somers arrested Seth L. Renz, 20, of Beekman, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.

On October 7, State Police from SP Somers arrested Agustin G. Abinada Roman, 32, of Bedford, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Lexington Avenue in the village of Mount Kisco, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
On October 7, State Police from SP Somers arrested Rachel E. Marcus, 31, of Bedford, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Harris Road in the town of Bedford, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
