This was the second vote the district has held on the new facility.

BEDFORD, NY — Voters in the Bedford Village Fire District approved the revised proposal for a new firehouse. The vote, according to the district's Facebook post, was 895 to 457.
"We are most grateful to the many citizens who were involved in the development of this important project," the district posted.
The community was asked to approve a bond resolution in the amount of $14.75 million, which is almost 16 percent lower than the resolution that was narrowly defeated in April.
