Work Week Weather: From Brutal to Balmy
Mother Nature always keeps us on our toes as we woke up to mid 20s today and we could hit 70 degrees later this week.

This morning we woke up and it definitely felt like winter had arrived overnight, with temperatures in the low to mid 20s throughout Westchester County.
Some in the region even saw snowflakes on Sunday, and so of course winter has arrived, right? Well not exactly.

Yes, it’s going to remain cold on Monday with temperatures largely staying in the upper 40s, and perhaps breaking 50 in the afternoon, and at night temps will drop back to about 40 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
But after that, well it’s going to feel like autumn or even spring-like for the rest of the week.

On Tuesday, temps will hit the mid 60s under partly sunny skies. At night the lows will be more than double - high 40s - compared to what we saw this morning.
Wednesday is even better, with continued sunshine and temps reaching about 70 degrees, and lows in the upper 40s to around 50 degrees.
More sun on Thursday with temps again in the mid to upper 60s and lows in the mid 40s, but it gets a bit cooler on Friday with more sun and temps in the mid to upper 50s and at night the temps fall back to about 40.
As you rake leaves over the weekend, expect sun on Saturday and partly cloudy skies on Sunday. High temps for both days will in the low 60s.
And again, another week of weather with no rain predicted.
