Work Week Weather: Hazardous Weather Outlook for Mid-Week
Warm, humid weather gives way to an unsettled forecast.

A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for Wednesday in Westchester County, according to the National Weather Service.
Showers and thunderstorms predicted for Wednesday “could produce locally heavy rain that could possibly lead to flash flooding,” the statement reads.
Before then, today will be a bit cloudy and humid, and Tuesday will start showing signs of the unsettled weather to come, according to Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.

“As we look to Tuesday… we’ll see some patchy fog to start the day… and then a mix of clouds and sun,” Potter writes. “It does appear that the humidity will be higher, and some afternoon showers & storms are possible. So Tuesday does look a bit more unsettled. That will be a trend that sticks with us thru the week, as well.”
A chance of showers will continue to hang over the region on Thursday, but Friday should dry out and be partly sunny.
