Grant will lead the conversation, using "writing prompts that allow buried and repressed emotions to move from the subconscious to the page. The act and movement of handwriting awakens us to allow the healing process." Grant has built a reputation for somehow making this process both uplifting and enjoyable. Attendees are encouraged to bring their curiosity.
