WHEN: Monday, Nov.16th, 2015 -- 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Inclement weather date: Tuesday. Nov. 17th

WHERE: Mepham High School -- 2401 Camp Avenue -- Bellmore, NY 11710

WHY: Students will have the opportunity to meet Disability Services Representatives from Colleges, Agencies, ande Trade/Vocational schools.

§ Experts from over 50 Colleges and Trade Schools will present on their highly successful programs.

§ This is a rare opportunity to hear from multiple experts from Adelphi University, NY Institute of Technology, Farmingdale State College, Dowling College, Nassau Community College and Hofstra University.

§ Attendees will hear from professionals, as well as from students and their parents about their experiences since leaving High School.

§ The conference will give step by step recommendations on the application process to college for individuals with a wide range of disabilities and abilities, including learning, emotional and motor impairments.

Registration begins at 6:30pm, tables open at 6:30pm and formal breakout sessions begin at 7:20pm.

Attendees will leave with expanded knowledge of many available options after high school.
