Five months after Hurricane Sandy devastated many homes and businesses in the Bellmore-Merrick area, a nearby civic group has organized an upcoming forum where representatives from more than 20 agencies will be on hand to answer questions about available programs for residents still recovering from the Oct. 29 superstorm.
