Bellmore Hit And Run Victim Hospitalized With Multiple Injuries

BELLMORE, NY — A man was the victim of a hit-and-run early Sunday in Bellmore.

The 21-year-old was struck by a dark-colored pickup truck while crossing Sunrise Highway, police said. It happened just after 1:30 a.m.

The victim, who suffered injuries to his wrist, leg and head, was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
