Bellmore Little League Clubhouse Vandalized

Board members find damage to building and a swastika marked on the wall.

The Bellmore Little League Clubhouse, located at the Bruce H. Gary Memorial Field of Heroes, was vandalized on Wednesday.

According to League President Steve Kropp, lights were smashed, a fire door was heavily damaged, banners were torn down and a swastika was marked on the side of the building.

"I went down there and scrubbed it off the wall," Kropp said, adding he thought it was teenagers who were responsible for the damage.
