Bellmore Man Wins Millions In NY Lottery
The LI man won the $1,000 A Day For Life prize.
BELLMORE, NY — A Bellmore resident is starting off February on a high note– winning $1,000 a day for life.
The New York Lottery announced that Jason Champagne of Bellmore has claimed a $1,000 A Day For Life prize from CASH4LIFE. The top prize from this lottery guarantees a minimum payout of $7 million, NY Lotto said.
Champagne purchased the ticket at Smokes 4 Less on North Plank Rd. in Newburgh, and matched the first five CASH4LIFE numbers drawn on Dec. 9, NY Lotto said. The winning numbers were 12, 24, 36, 54, 56, Cash Ball 02, NY Lotto said.

NY Lotto said Champagne chose to receive the cash value of the prize, which, after withholdings, totaled to a lump sum of $4,557,000.
