Bellmore-Merrick Bowling Team Named County Champs
The team is now going on to compete in the state championship in March.

The Bellmore-Merrick boys bowling team won the Nassau County Championships at AMF Garden City Lanes on Feb 2.
The team is coached by Joseph Bianca, who is also a special education teacher at Sanford H. Calhoun High School.
“We had a strong core group of five boys who bowled 24 games over the season,” he said. “But senior leadership was a key for the title.”
