Bellmore Students Kick Off The New School Year

This is the first year the district is offering a full-day pre-kindergarten program.

Students bounded off school buses and into the building at Charles A. Reinhard Early Childhood Center School in the Bellmore School District to kick off the new school year on Tuesday.

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Joseph Famularo and Principal Patricia Castine were the first of many smiling faces greeting students on Sept. 5.

This year marks the first of the district’s newly offered full-day pre-kindergarten program. These young rising stars were given special treatment as they entered through colored doors in the rear of the building.
