Kevin Burns delivered a solo rendition of “This Is The Moment” from Jekyll and Hyde. Students Max Perry, Melissa Berman, Bianca Picano and Matt Gibbons hosted the evening.
“The students were amazing.” Grosskreuz said. “They put the entire show together on their own and practiced all throughout the summer to benefit the Lustgarten Foundation. Their dedication is inspiring. I couldn’t be more proud of these kids.”
Every year the Skull & Bones Drama Club donates the proceeds from its performance to a specific cause. This year ticket sales, concession sales, ribbon sales and donations raised more than $3,300 for the Lustgarten Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research for pancreatic cancer treatment and prevention. Last year the troupe raised $1,651 for the Lymphoma Research Foundation.
