Calhoun Students Hold Annual Thanksgiving Fundraiser
Guests were able to enjoy a tasty dinner and performances from student groups.
On Nov. 18, Sanford H. Calhoun High School hosted its annual Thanksgiving dinner to support families in the local community who are in need.
“The $10 donation admission will help to feed our families on Thanksgiving,” Principal Nicole Hollings said. “The meals were provided by many of our families who offered to cook and members of our National Honor Society volunteered to serve.”
Attendees were treated to performances by Express Yourself and members of On Tour Company. Express Yourself is comprised of students from the district’s Prep for Life program.
