Cheese Pancakes

These cheese pancakes are easy to make. You will need:  1 pound of cheese (like Friendship Farmer cheese); 1/2 cup pf flour (if cheese is high-fat you can add more flour); 1-2 eggs; 2 tablespoons of sugar; 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter; 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Directions: 1) To mash  well cheese in a bowl. 2) To add  egg, flour, sugar and salt to the mashed cheese. 3) To mix thoroughly all ingredients. The dough  should be soft and shouldn't not stick to hands. 4) Sprinkle table or cutting board with some flour. Roll up small "sausages"  out of cheese mixture about 2 inches in diameter. Cut the "sausages" across in equal pieces with 0,5 inches thick and then roll them in flour.
5) Heat melted butter in a pan using medium heat. Fry the cheese pancakes about for 5 min on each side. Enjoy your meal!
