
Apples are in the season! The fall crops produced many varieties of apples. Granny Smith, Pink Lady, Rome Beauty, Fuji, Jonathan apples are delicious and great for baking. You will get your apple pie sweet and juicy.
You can get tasty apples visiting apple orchard or going to farm market, they are fresher and more flavorful than in supermarkets. The ingredients are easy to find and not expensive at all. You will need: 3 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of flour, vanilla, one pinch of fine salt, 2-3 apples, 1/2 stick unsalted butter, a pinch of cinnamon. Preparation:
mix the following ingredients: eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and salt to obtain a homogeneous batter mass. Grease the baking pan with butter. Peel and slice apples, then place them into the pan and sprinkle some cinnamon on the apples. Pour prepared batter over the apples into the baking pan. Bake at 350º. Insert a toothpick or a match into the pie. If there are clinging batter scraps, it is not done.
