Adventurcise™ is a youth fitness class that takes its participants on different journeys according to constantly changing themes. The classes incorporate aspects of wellness, leadership, and empowerment to overcome obstacles of the class' environment. We do various things such as cardio, strength-training, and plyometric drills as well as movements from pilates, dance, and yoga practices. Through the use of imagination, visualization, and motivation, Adventurcise™ teaches its classes to be strong and confident no matter what setback comes its way.
