The Town of Hempstead sponsors this free Child Car Seat Safety Check Program.
Hempstead Town's certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will inspect and properly install child car safety seats and instruct guardians on their proper installation. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Generally, 30 minutes are alloted for each appointment.
