This is the first track and field invitational to be held at JFK HS in many years and we are all very excited for its return!
Numerous running/jumping/throwing events, including pre-seeded heats, will be hosted. Many medals will be won and there will be a great variety of food to buy as well as t-shirts.
You do not want to miss out on this exciting event! Be there for all the competition, especially the Cougar 3000/3200 that will literally be a fight to the finish!
