Warren Heller, owner of Living Legends Memorabilia and Collectibles Inc., is celebrating his 15th Anniversary this year.
Warren opened his store in February of 1996 and offered to the general public, an opportunity to purchase authentic sports, entertainment and political memorabilia at a reasonably affordable price. In addition to being a practicing personal injury attorney since 1988, Warren bought and sold sports memorabilia from his home while participating in baseball card shows on the weekends. In 1996, he flip flopped jobs and opened his store full time, while practicing law on the side. Living Legends is known as being the most diversified sports memorabilia store on Long Island and was voted by the Long Island Press as a winner in the collectibles category for 2010 and 2011.
In addition to the store, Living Legends also conducts auctions as fund raisers for various charities in the New York Metropolitan area. Since 1996, they have conducted in excess of 700 live and silent auctions raising thousands of dollars for various charities.
