In this R-rated movie, Russian novelist Leo Tolstoy renounces his title, property and family in favor of poverty and celibacy due to newly professed beliefs. For Countess Sofya, his wife of 50 years, this is the last straw. After she discovers her husband's plans to leave his rights to his iconic novels to the Russian people rather than his own family, she uses every trick of seduction to fight for what she believes is rightfully hers.
